Fees and References

Over the last thirty years, Mr. Phillips has assisted thousands of attorneys, businesses, insurance carriers and individual clients to resolve their disputes by mediation or arbitration.  We will gladly provide references upon request. 

For large or complex or multi-party cases Mr. Phillips normally charges a flat fee of $4,000.00 per side for all-day cases and $2,500.00 per side for half-day cases, and charges at $650.00 per hour for extra time.  Travel fees are at cost plus one-half of Mr. Phillips' hourly rate unless a different amount is accepted. Exceptions are made upon request for very small cases. Fees and costs are due and non-refundable three weeks prior to the mediation (45 days for arbitrations).
